Paul is a Partner in Colin Smith Partnership having joined the organisation in 2001 following employment as an associate in a private practice in the UK. He has a solid background in all aspects of pre and post contract work and experience of both traditional quantity surveying and project management.

An experienced organiser and problem solver, Paul has considerable experience in a broad range of building categories including education, offices, hospitality, residential, commercial and healthcare facilities.
