Richard Stather

Richard joined Colin Smith Partnership in 2010 and became a Partner in 2018, having qualified in the UK as a Chartered Surveyor with experience in large scale commercial and industrial developments. Since joining Colin Smith Partnership, Richard has worked on a broad range of projects in the residential, commercial and leisure sectors.

Richard has particular expertise in commercial office and high end residential projects in both Jersey and Guernsey. He has worked as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor and is an effective communicator at all levels.
