We are full subscribing members of the Building Cost Information Service, the largest building cost database in the UK and have a direct link to their ‘on line’ service, giving access to prices for over 550 building types, a range of indices, market reports and construction duration calculations. Our skills and expertise are enhanced by the ability to draw upon our long history as the Island’s leading Chartered Surveyors. We can advise on inception to occupations - all aspects of construction, fit out and information technology solutions.
Project Management
We take full responsibility for the management, co-ordination and control of your project, ensuring all works are completed to your specific standards and quality, on time and within budget.
We can also work with your property teams/divisions, dividing responsibility and sharing knowledge, in particular the peculiarities of the Channel Island supply chain and procurement.
Through our project delivery, we have developed a thorough understanding of the pre-let clause documents and work with all leading Jersey property lawyers in protecting tenant interests through the interpretation of sections of the pre-let, specifically to delivery of the capital project (i.e. Practical Completion, Tenant Variations, Damages, BREEAM, etc.).
