Simon, a graduate of the University of the Witwatersrand, is a chartered member of the RICS, and joined CSP in 2025. He brings extensive experience from South Africa and the Cayman Islands. Simon has delivered a wide range of projects, including commercial developments, office fit-outs, high-end residential schemes, and hospitality developments.

Now based in Jersey, Simon provides cost management and quantity surveying services for CSP’s residential and office fit-out projects.
